Adobe Photoshop Express offers similar capabilities as other free photo editing programs. You can apply filters, crop the photo, or adjust its aspect ratio. Other tools are found in the editing dashboard. It includes saturation, white balance, fill light, contrast, clarity, spots reduction, and exposure. You will find that it can crop and change the aspect ratio, but it cannot resize a photo. The original file will remain untouched by the program, and the edited file/s  will be stored alongside it. 

Experienced editors will consider 8K resolution more than enough to publish for personal use. While Photoshop Express does not have the advanced image editing dashboard and an extensive list of features that Photoshop has, editing a 4K to 8K image is already noteworthy. These are images you post to your personal social media account, blog, or simply have it framed. The enhanced version of an 8K image is also enough to be published to eCommerce websites, catalogs, and other commercial uses.
