I have been trying to use Fender Mustang IV amplifier and Xenyx USB mixer as USB Audio interfaces with my Dell XPS after installing the latest Windows 10 preview build, So far it has not been possible. I have tried using Behringer suggested drivers, ( version , asio4all), Fender Universal ASIO driver (v) and the generic Microsoft issued usb audio drivers. For some reason, the system is not able to recognize/record the input sound from these external hardware components. The system is able to send sound(Output sound) back into the hardware components but not able to receive input sound. I attempted this unsuccessfully in a Dell Studio Laptop also. So it seems more of a software/driver issue.
