Can you download a prezi with a free Public account?
This is not good news but horrible news… this means that even with a paid account (“enjoy”) for a PRESENTATION software the user will not be able to present their presentations … because I don’t know on what planet the person that made that decision, lives, but in Europe, an internet connection needed to present is far from guaranteed everywhere.
You just potentially destroyed a large part of my business and livelihood.
“Can I present this without the internet” is THE most asked question I get when I talking about Prezi to people.
I have a Pro licence, but the 99% of the market that are still presenting with Powerpoint or Keynote are not interested in paying for a PRO license without having experienced this to work.
And there are companies that I am making Prezi’s for but now I will have to go and tell them that each and every person that needs to go out to present these are going to have buy a PRO license.
This is ridiculous.
Anyway, this is not your policy decision, but please don’t tell me it’s good news.
